Eli Hones is Rescue Survivor #2 from Episode 3: The Scientist that you can save in the building on East Street 9. He survived the attack at the unnamed camp earlier in the episode. He will give you the quest Medical Attention, in which you have to look for 3 medical supply crates. He no longer appears in the building after getting the supplies, it is unknown if was able to find a safe house without the supplies or was killed by zombies.
His appearance will change every time you play Episode 3.
